Remedial and Soft Tissue therapy is a system of deep massage and stretching techniques applied to the body’s soft tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments) to ‘remedy’ a problem. I am trained in Anatomy and Physiology, so I understand the mechanics  of the skeletal system and look for what is causing issues, rather than just treating the symptoms. As well as dealing effectively with a variety of chronic muscular conditions, posture related problems and sports injuries. SRM can also be used to help in post operative recovery and to reduce in many medical symptom’s.
